Title : Stamina To Win
Heb.12:1,2    Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entagles, and let us run with perseverance the race that is marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

1.    Surround yourself with positive people.
If you want to fly with eagles, don't hang around with turkeys.
Stay away from negative, complaining and visionless people or you will be infected with their
       virus.
Mix with people who will inspire, encourage and strengthen you. Let their enthusiasm, faith and
       joy energize you.

2.    Throw off everything that hinders.
Let go of everything that stops you.(John Mason).
Travel light and you will go farther and faster.
Anything that does not help will hinder.
Get rid of emotional garbage - grudges, envy, anger, hatred.
Break loose from mental limits and negative patterns.
Shape up for success. Cut off laziness and procrastination.
Bad habits will string you up; Good habits will support you.

3.    Break free from sin.
Sin - No matter how small and common will corrupt and destroy a person.
       Never shake hands with sin.
When you sin, immediately and genuinely plead for God's forgiveness.
Sin easily entangles us. Be sober and vigilant at all times. Drop your guard and you may soon
       be struck by sin.

4.    Run with perseverance.
The seven churches in Revelation states that rewards will only be given to the person who
       overcomes.
Grit your teeth and growl like a lion.
The race of life belongs to the persistent and determined runner.
Get up from your fall and run again like a man.

5.    Fix your eyes on Jesus
There is salvation for every human because Jesus never gave up.
Jesus is our example and coach and the Giver of Life.
It takes time to focus on Jesus. But it is worth it!
Spiritual power does not come from seminars, sermons or songs but from the Savior.
If you want to move from the cross to the crown, do what Jesus did.
God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
